Franklin, Tennessee relocation guide
The Factory at Franklin
A 1929 industrial complex turned into one of Franklin’s most distinctive everyday gathering places.
230 Franklin Road
Industrial history, repurposed for modern Franklin.
The Factory is a complex of 11 Depression-era factory buildings that now houses restaurants, shops, artisans, entertainment and events. Its location just north of downtown and across from Harlinsdale makes this corridor unusually dense with local destinations.
The Factory has its own active calendar of food, shopping, performances and special events. The long-running Franklin Farmers Market now operates separately at 120 Aldersgate Way on Saturday mornings, so movers should think of these as two distinct local destinations rather than one stop.
